Read moreOur webinar (hosted on Zoom) will begin letting RTs in 30 minutes prior to the posted time. To attend one of our Real-Time Live Broadcast (Interactive Webinar) courses, make sure you’re logged in to the website, then go to the broadcast page on the date it’s being aired and click the Zoom link to the right of the course name. The Zoom meeting will open in a new tab. See our Real-Time Live Broadcast page at CEUs > Real-Time Live Broadcast (Interactive Webinar)
You will have options presented to you by Zoom. Read the page carefully and choose the best option for you. Once you are past this page you will be asked how you want to listen (computer audio or by phone). If you are using a mobile device to join the webinar, choose computer audio. The phone option is for anyone who has difficulty hearing the Zoom audio. If you cannot hear music, first check your speaker volume, then look for the audio icon in the presentation and change your audio to phone. You’ll be presented with a list of phone numbers and access codes assigned to each that will let you hear the webinar over your device while you watch the presentation. This is also a viable option for anyone using a PC who has audio trouble. If you don’t see an icon that allows you to change your audio source, exit the meeting and get right back in so you can choose an alternative audio source.
Our webinar will begin at the scheduled time and will consist of a PowerPoint presentation and possibly some external videos. You will have the ability to use the Zoom Chat feature to communicate in real-time with everyone in attendance.
You must be present at the end of the broadcast. You will have 30 minutes to complete the evaluation. We will be standing by to help if you require assistance. If you do not complete an evaluation within 30 minutes after the broadcast ends, we will not be able to award a certificate. We will credit your payment toward another course or issue a refund if you prefer.
When we close the Zoom meeting you will be presented with a survey. This is the easiest way to complete an evaluation. Every paid attendee who completes the survey within 30 minutes of the broadcast ending will receive a certificate. If you need an instant certificate, read the steps below. Otherwise, your certificate prepared from our survey results will be ready within an hour after the end of the broadcast.
1) We will post a direct link to our website’s course evaluation page in the Zoom Chat. If you are logged in to our website, clicking that link is the fastest way to obtain your certificate. See step 5 below for the steps to take after clicking the link.
2) How to determine if you are logged in to our website: On the menu row to the right of Contact Us you will see an Account menu. If there is a Log In button instead, click that and log in. If you’re using a tablet and don’t see Contact Us, Log In (or Account), turn your device to landscape mode so you can see the entire menu row. On a mobile device, click the menu on the top right and scroll down. If you see Log In under Contact Us, click on it to log in to the website.
3) Go to CEUs > Real-Time Live Broadcast (Interactive Webinar)
4) Scroll down to the webinar you just attended and click the course title (e.g. APRV Live Broadcast).
5) When the course page loads, scroll to the bottom of the page and under Lessons you will see the evaluation (e.g. APRV Live Broadcast Evaluation).
6) Click on Start This Lesson to the right of the lesson title.
7) Complete the evaluation and click the SUBMIT button.
8) On the Account menu click on Courses. Your Completed Courses are listed at the top of this page. Scroll down the list until you locate your course, then click Print Your Certificate to the right of the webinar you attended if you wish to print or download it immediately.
